Hercules Stand
We have now bought 4 of these having tried cheaper stands over the years. The raising and lowering mechanisms work well and is more reliable than screw mechanisms used in other stands which have a tendency to break. They are really stable outside in the wind so your music doesn’t blow away . Only downside is the deck isn’t magnetic so you will need clips to hold the music. It comes with one clip and the wire at the bottom but as you will know if you have played outside, you will need more .

One more tuba stand.
As a brass band tuba section, we already had one of these so knew what to expect. They are good stands and make playing safer and more comfortable. Easier to play in tune and in control of the instrument.
