Best color
This is a great color. I have purchased this color for several years now. It lasts well and it layers beautifully. I use water on my brush to put this color on, but it is not necessary. I just like thin coats of shadow, then layer for more drama. One coat is great for day and more for evening activities. I use this shade on my lid and brow bone (with wet or damp brush), and I use a dark taupe shade (Urban Decay) in the crease and blend. It's beautiful! Urbay Decay is the best I've found. All of their shades are beautiful. I have never tried one I didn't like.
