Works great.
My discus had skin flukes as they were flashing and scratching on the gravel. I mistakenly double dosed from what the instructions said. My discus had no issues with the double dose and by the next morning they had stopped itching. Been dosing the proper amount for a week as the instructions say to does for 2 weeks. All good.

Did not work for ich at all
I treated my three new ich infested platy fish in a bare heated filter established 10 gallon tank for 9 days without visible improvement. On the 9th day one platy died, so I added carbon, did a 25% water change, and switched to Jungle Ick Clear. Two and 1/2 days later there is marked improvement in the two remaining fish.

Good choice for safer aquarium treatment
I like ParaGuard because it covers many different diseases both internal and external so you don't have to use other chemicals to add to your aquarium. You may at times but ParaGuard will take care of the most common.
