I like this paint coat alot. The application process is simple. The dried product is very fast to clean. It appears to be impermeable too cleaners I use too wipe base boards and walls clean. The paint is thick and will keep water out and off of your walls. I applied this too a basement storm door and am very pleased with the result. The uv sensitivity has not changed color noticeably or shown damage since the application 2 months ago. The paint has not split or chipped. I would buy this brand again and add more from the products line of water proofing solutions. The paint is worth every bit of ten stars.
