Great product with open toe for ease of pressure on skin
These are the same compression (anti embolism) stockings used in the hospital after surgery etc. We needed the open toe with little compression (on purpose to examine toes) because of a permanent bend in a great toe that was getting red with regular shoes and socks. TED Anti Embolism Stockings
TED Anti Embolism Stockings were recommended to me after a hip replacement. And with 2 knee replacements on the horizon these are going to be a necessity. They're comfortable and maybe a little challenge to get on but a whole lot easier than some others I've tried. They are also light weight for those warmer climates and not nearly as confining...AND open toes too!!!!! The stockings are as describe. They are of the same material as the ones you may have gotten in the hospital. I have read other posts that say the stockings ripped as they were put on. Same TED the hospital used. To make it easier to get on, we discovered using a plastic bread bag on first, then TED's slide on much more easily. Then ease the TED up over heel and ankle to pull plastic bag off. Replace TED back over toes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
