Good tool, requires careful operation
The tool is good quality, and fits into the connector nicely. Care is required when pulling a connector - the hook on the other half is barbed, so the locking clip may not release and you can break the connector if you pull too hard. The trick is to push the connector in slightly, while pulling gently with the tool. This allows the clip to come off the hook.
