A good mag for tough times.
The pistol is a fun, reliable plinker. The trouble can be with the magazines and I wanted to be sure these S&W mags would take the testing. They homed in and clicked out empty, partially full, and full. No feeding problems and I didn't expect any since I have other S&W mags that are over 8 years old and no problems. The stainless steel is a must, the frames are sturdy and allow no torque when manipulating them, and no spring problems either. The tabs for compressing the spring are large enough to be comfy yet small enough to be snag-free. Feeding with regular speed and high speed ammo was 100% for the 200 mixed rounds used that day. OEM Magizine
Always use OEM magazines. They don’t fail with proper care. Always load the new magazine and make sure it works smoothly. One was a bit tight on top and the bullets would hang up and partially jam. A quick adjustment and all is good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
