Good stuff if you walk 30 min / day and use portion control
I 1st tried this when you could get it at Walmart years ago and lost 50 lbs also doing portion control and walking every day. I had to do all three or it did not work. I had a concussion and gained it all back. I lost about 2lbs a week. So if you do all three, that's about 17lbs / bottle. When Walmart stop stocking it I tried some other products but they did not work for me. So I have tried it before and I am back again. I hope it will work for you. Again: 1.
