    This is the best, it’s a fine powder and easy to use, no aftertaste flavor, I use it all the time to bake keto bread, nice size bag, my husband is diabetic and keto bread is good for that and this Vital Wheat Gluten is an ingredient in the recipe also is getting hard to find, thank you for fast shipping:)

    Good for my sourdough bread.

    It seems to give similar results to the Honeyville Farms stuff I used to buy but can't anymore. I make sourdough whole wheat bread with lots of high gluten flour, and this looks like it will be easy to substitute.
