Worth trying
In one sense this item stopped me snoring, because I couldn't sleep with the thing stuck up my nose! Sleep did come, Nothowever when the item fell out of my nose onto the pillow. Too short, unlike my nose.
I have tried this product, and find it is too short for my nose, I put it in when I went to bed, and waking up in the night, for the toilet, I found it on the pillow, tried it again, same result, the tubes which fit up your nose are too shortVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not that good.
It sort of helped with snoring a little. However, the filter makes it a bit more difficult to breathe in, and after rinsing the silicone bit with warm water a few times the bit starts to have a rubbery smell and feel. I guess it's something you'd have to replace very often, maybe weekly, so it's not very cost-effective. Also, the shape of the filter doesn't allow for proper positioning of the silicone bit in the nostrils. Overall, very meh.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
