Condition:
To adjust the height, simply push the basket up a little to release the ratchet, and the basket will lower to your desired height. To secure it, pull the rope slowly about 1-3cm. To raise the basket back up, just tug on the rope.

Disappointing
The pulley is not actually that 'long' so no great advantage to having a pulley at all, plus it doesn't work that well in that it can't cope with anything too heavy. Tricky to use
