Awesome Machine
Been an HP loyalist for a very long time, but has been switching to Brothers as my legacy HP printers are being phased out. I was in desperate need for an all-in-one printer that did not sacrifice quality. This machine is near perfect but a bit on the BIG side.It has wireless capabilities, and print and scan quality are top notch. The software suite, could be more user-friendly and may be in need of a serious overhaul. Nothing negative to say !!!
When I unwrapped it the printer had two breaks in the plastic housing that made me think it did get a rough treatment. No problem, the printer works fine and these small breaks I fixed with some good universal gleu. No complaints at all so far !!!! THANKS !!!!!!!! Impossible to connect using a computer with Windows 10.
I would love to dump this. I spent almost $200 on computer repairmen trying to connect the device. They say this is a chronic problem with Brother especially this model which was designed a few years ago and ties to Windows 7 which is noted in the manual.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
