Not really matte surface, OK otherwise
Simplest £180 32 inch WQHD AOC monitor has way better antireflection layer. What I mean is: it's hard to work comfortably with this monitor if there is something bright behind you. And I don't mean window, oh no, a wall with sunlight on it will do. Colors are OK. Bezel is not OK - its highly reflectiv. I intent to cover it with something matte, insulation tape or something. Control joystick thing is good idea.
