THAWED COMPLETELY AT 19 DAYS OLD
You would think when something fails after 19 days then the retailer and or manafacturer would take more responsibility for the purchasers lost food...but nope im told i have to claim from household insurance- not right to expect us to pay higher premiums because of someones fault..either manafacturer or retailer
Neither beko or this company JWA electronics (Ideal Kit) will compensate us
Its not in their agreements to reimburse customer for their faulty goods.
The whole fridge freezer appeared to be working (we hadnt any power cuts etc) and started thawing, and there was nothing we could do to prevent it happening.19 days old!!
We lost over £200 worth of frozen/fridge foods as the engineer couldnt call for 3 days either.
Insurance have took excess off us, and some figure for part used foods, and payout is approx
£100- which at this time of year will not be easy to replace thawed/thrown away foods.
so guess im anti this product now, and cant give it any good reviews.
Also it arrived with the minibar door out of alignment, and wouldnt close...so no iv nothing good to say
It was returned to them as we had no faith in Beko anymore!
