    Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, Arrived Very Quickly,Looks Amazing, Beautiful instrument. Hasn’t played it yet as is going to take lessons. Highly Recommend buying this beautiful violin.

    Get what you pay for

    The sales service was fine, but this violin is appalling. It's cheap of course, very cheap, and with a few hours work by a violin maker/repairer can be made playable, but if someone was just hoping to dip their toe into playing a violin this wouldn't really give them a great chance. The wood on the frog of the bow is completely square, not rounded, so very hard to get a proper bow hold. The wood cheap and obviously not made well (its super cheap so was expecting that - its good enough for an absolute beginner) but just crucial detail like the fact the bridge wasn't just roughly cut but didn't fit the instrument. I made a new bridge for it and it's fine, but again, that could cost £50 to get done easily, so you aren't actually saved any money buying this violin.

    Beautiful tone for such a good price

    Starting lessons after a 40 year break, I misplaced my violin so needed something cheap to start the lessons. My tutor and myself were very impressed with the quality for the price! The violin has a beautiful tone and I would recommend it to anyone as a starter violin

    Aesthetically good, functionality poor

    Bought this for my 10 year old who would like to play. I went for this because of the price and in case my child lost interest wouldn't have wasted too much money but it wasn't even playable and the very second day one of the string broke. If rather pay a bit more and give her a chance to actually remain interested than put her off with a cheap unit. Looked adorable though

    Violin

    It’s a nice looking violin. It’s for my daughter, she is learning how to play it at school. She says that strings isn’t that good, you can’t tighten them properly (they’re coming loose all the time) But for this price and as a practice one for home it’s not bad at all!!!
