not the yummiest, but if it can ease anxiety maybe worth sticking with? Time will tell. Two weeks in haven't noticed any obvious difference.
I don't think i'll be able to stick to black maca long enough to discover the benefits are real. The stuff, to me, tastes horrible. I don't think that's the fault of the supplier, I believe it to be very high quality stuff, but really, everything i add this to tastes so much less pleasant as a result. It makes a fresh raspberry smoothie taste like huel. It gave mango and orange juice the taste and mouth-feel of mud. The best thing Ive found is to blend it with plant milk, then loads of pumpkin spice mix, vanilla essence, and a bit of honey: good luck!
