A good basic bench.
I don't have much room. It is light enough to stand on end and store against the wall. I can do all of my dumbell and ab workouts with it. It is wide enough for good support, easy to adjust and does not flex or bow.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does Exactly what its supposed to do
The Bench is solid steel, and its heavy which is good because I can trust it not to give when lifting. The only thing I do not like about it, is the fact that the bottom seat cushion ( the seat your butt is in) lays permanently inclined and can not be adjusted to lay straight with the back cushion. Great stand alone bench! Works perfectly with my power rack.
Very sturdy, lots of functionalities, great cushion for both bench and preacher pad, well made material!
