Good Product-Terrible support
The Apex is a good product but requires that you go online and search for setup instructions (beyond the very basic) for calibrating probes, attaching additional energy bars, etc......when you call them or attempt to use the online help, you get instructed to file a trouble ticket. They refuse to answer the phone, you go into voicemail and they respond with an email not telephone contact. I would not recommend the product solely because of the support issue.
