Spanks a coil fork. Nice smooth ride.

I bought this fork to replace the rigid for on my Framed 27.5+ bike with 3" tires. I have a bikes with a SUNTOUR XCM, XCR, and a rockshox Revelation. This Raidon shock absolutely spanks the xcm and xcr shock. No question about that. It's every bit as smooth as my Revelation shock. But it doesn't ramp up nearly as well. Dampens great but it's a much more linear shock, not nearly as progressive as my Revelation. But for a hundred bucks i didn't expect it to compete with a 600 dollar shock. That saying, for trail riding, small jumps and such this thing is awesome. Smooth and supple. The 3 inch tires take care of the real small bumps. And the raidon smooths every thing else out nicely. I guess of you air it up allot jumping bigger stuff would be fine although it's a bit flexi, but not too bad. It'll soak up ruts and roots like a pro. I did service on the shock before i even installed it. I did have minimal grease so I lubed it up nicely with stp oil treatment, (slick and sticky). It coats very nicely. I weigh 180 and ride very aggressively and this shock feels great for what it is and the price. This thing is super easy to pull apart and clean and grease. So all i can say is of your on the fence about this shock, just buy it. If your spending more that 300 buy something else. But for a 100 bucks or even more it's a great shock. And it's also pretty light. Not crazy light. But better than i thought it would be. All in all, a great purchase. I would definitely buy again.

    Service your fork Immediately!!

You are not going to find a boost air fork for less than 300 bucks. These are decent forks. Im using this to replace a XCR on a plus hardtail. Ive beat the snot out the XCR and ive owned the Epixon for a while. This is an excellent quality product for the price. CONS: I dropped the lowers as soon as i got it out the box. There was 0 suspension grease or fluid. 0. not a little. 0. bone dry. Running a fork dry like that would ride like trash and quickly blow a seal. The chassis, parts and seals were all flawless. Just wasnt assembled properly. If youre looking for a budget boost fork. I would recommend this one.

  • Air, rebound, lockout, low-maintenance. Ideal for lighter riders and Women's bikes.

It's a great air fork with rebound adjust and lockout, which doesn't require a lower oil bath, and is very easy to maintain. That kinda defines a good value-priced fork. SR Suntour lists this fork on sale at about $250, and anything under $200 (which is approximately the Suntour Upgrade Program price) is a ridiculously good price. I got this fork for a 27.5+ bike, as an alternative to shopping for a used Fox 34 Boost or equivalent. A better fork will cost many more pretty pennies than I paid.

  • Light fork - Super duper awesome deal for quality Boost fork

Great fork for the price. I bought this for a backup fork. A few weeks after purchasing the suntour fork my rockshox revelation froze up, so it was time to put this on to keep riding. After getting the pressure set correctly this is actually a pretty Darn good fork. Not super Great dampening but good enough, especially for the price. BUY IT!

  • Great air fork for the $$

This has to be the best upgrade on my big box bike, GT Ricochet from dicks sporting goods. Easy install, you will need to cut the steer tube to your length you want and install a star nut. Other than that great fork for the price, a big difference from a coil fork. Best upgrade ever.

  • Must have if you have a spring coil

I picked this item up for my 2018 fuse that came with a coil fork. This is way lighter, more responsive and completely changes the feel of the front!! More of an XC oriented but I’ve taken it on black diamonds and blue with no issues, I’m 210 lbs and run about 95-105 psi. I’ve only bottomed in gnarly stuff. Some things I will be doing is added a volume spacer to add progression and possibly more oil.

  • Great fork for the money

The suntour Raidon has great compression adjustability, good rebound control, and tracks smooth for a fork in this price range.
