Excellent product. Poor instructions
This product is awesome. Really useful to know when you've fallen off the "keto wagon", and when you're back on it, and also when the ketones are too high. My only problem is that the instructions are very unclear. Many people on the keto forum misunderstood the instructions in the same way, believing that the darker the result the better. But that isn't correct. A colour change IS required BUT only a slight colour change. I would suggest the manufacturer reviews the text, as the "colour change = ketosis" text is detailed in a separate section of the instructions to the part that details how to read the results.
