There is some flutter when you max out the volume and I feel like it needs to be turned up quite a bit in order for it to start sounding good. Under the question "Is the sound quality good?" I wish there were an "eh" button. I cant say the sound quality is not good with a clear conscience but I will say I am a little disappointed. I definitely am going to keep it which should say something for it and I am hoping that as I use it it will warm up. Good deal for high quality

Best Bluetooth speaker I’ve owned thus far. I really wanted the JBL Boombox but it’s out of my price range right now. That said I’m really impressed with the Xtreme. I mainly use it for garage workouts and it gets plenty loud to keep my intensity up. The real test will be when I take it to the beach this summer. I had the biggest Anker Bluetooth speaker they made and it couldn’t be heard unless you were in a 8 foot proximity. I’ve got high hopes for the JBL. Also, I didn’t realize I bought a refurbished model until a few day after my purchase. Great sound the best
This has the best sound but to high on the price. Even though it has no way to control the sound other then a volume control it still sounds really good . loud and full sounding but it is what it is a portable bluetooth speaker. Poor battery on jbl extreme. My jbl extreme couldn’t play on the battery

Xtreme JBL speakers are the best
I have had tons of wireless speakers including Bose and nothing comes close to these...I ended up buying a second one of these for stereo sound.
