I wanted to replace my 10 in 1 as it broke but couldn't find it anywhere on internet so opted for this 20in 1 steamer it is ok but mine what broke was better in price and mine was better for cleaning tiles carpets windows and micro fiber cloth on mine did not shrink or come off with the glider . as this doesn't collect the water it runs down your wall the water is meant to stay in for 15 mins ??? This machine spurts water which every minute I have to fill ? which is a ball ache causes more work I have noticed the reason why some people who commented on here that the glider comes off I noticed that soon as you put your new cloth on glider stays put and works wonders but soon as you rinse it put it back on the cloth shrinks half inch which is why the glider comes off and the cloth doesn't fit after a rinse with warm or hot water , the material is not stretchy and is a rip off. Other than that it is doerble I suppose long as you have a new cloth at hand cos the minute it hits water it shrinks the two photos I took is to show you how much the cloth as shrunk , I have tried stretching it out I carnt I even tried clamping it to stretch but nope I have to buy replacement ones the first photo is the new cloth second photo is the new shrunk one

Attachment of cloth lets it down
Overall this is a very good machine, easy to set up and use, lightweight and cleans very well. Downside is the the velcro that attaches the mop to the steam head is inadequate, it pulls off during use, even with the carpet glide fitted. The glide is too big to hold the head cover, and does not fit tightly enough around the steamer head. Perhaps a larger cover or a better way of attaching the cover would be beneficial.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job
Received this and used it the same day. Its easy to assemble and easy to use too. The steam is hot more or less straight away. It cleaned my living room and dining room very well with only one pad. Only draw back is the handle seems a little delicate.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Ok for the money

Good Steam Mop
I bought this steam mop in May and have only just used it today (19th June). I like the adjustable handle as i am quite tall so the longer length option suits me. Also the swivel head is good. Down side is the mop head doesn't stay in place when using the mop.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Early Days

Disappointed
I want really impressed with this product although it’s really powerful when using it as handheld with the attachements. However not really great for its 2 main intended functions 1- mop as the microfibre doesn’t attach properly to the triangle bas2 2- carpet washer: the glider could be better as it is really loose, has really bad grip to the base and comes off very often during its use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
