Sturdy and looks great
This bookcase is exactly what I nèded its got solid shelving to hold heavy volumes and has lots of room for a large book collection without taking up too much space as its tall but not overly wide. Even so its solid and doesn't rock or fall and has a wall tie if required. It's a very good looking piece of furniture and I'd happily recommend if to anyone in need of a new bookcase, or to store a huge CD collection.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A nice looking solid bookcase.
The instructions were passable, and once I found a big enough space to assemble the unit, it all went together without problems. The only issue that I had was aligning the rear panels. The outer ones were simple, I fitted them into the top corners and then fixed down each side. The centre panel didn't quite want to line up with the two sides. In the end I fixed it roughly level with the outer panels but had to mark the position of the shelves from the inside and drill pilot holes through from the front so that the screws from the rear panels actually went into the rear of the shelves. Once fully assembled it becomes quit rigid. I put spacers under the front of the unit to tilt it slightly backwards and once fixed to the wall at the top all was done. It is now a solid fixture holding five trays of my books, and it looks nice as well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
