Decided to leave the review til after I had given the supplement a fair trial as most need a few weeks if not months to show a marked difference and to be honest I am glad that I did. Bit of background first, I have a genuine medical problem with absorbing vitamins and minerals from my diet as an off shoot and need additional help so finding the right supplement is vitally important. This product does work! First started seeing an improvement in my hair, skin and nails about 7 weeks into the program and I took the daily tablet first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach with a glass of water - my choice and not advised by anyone. The improvements have continued and have been remarked upon not only by strangers but more importantly by my GP and my Consultants.
