Great Sounding Earbuds, they tick all the right boxes!
Fit and comfort is great. One of the several tip choices fit my ears well. They go in easy and stay locked in my ears regardless of what I do. Passive noise isolation is fine. No better or worse than other earbuds with similar design. They don’t seal out noise like custom molded in ear monitors, but they didn’t cost near that caliber either. The neckband didn’t bother me like I thought it would and the magnetic buds add a bit of welcome security. I get close to rated battery life if the background noise isn’t super loud and I can leave the volume down. The quick charge feature is impressive. The sound quality surprised me. I was set at a certain expectation level based on other reviews saying that sound was just okay. These exceeded my expectations by a lot. They aren’t 6 driver Shure monitors, but they’re not $30 skull candy’s either. Their response is fairly flat without any EQ, but so are most other quality earbuds. This just means there’s not a lot of internally designed color built in and I welcome that. After selecting one of the many EQ options on my iPhone, they perked right up and sounded very good. I am impressed! The buds do have screens on the sound exit holes to keep ear wax and junk out, but they’re not replaceable like my Etymotic’s so be careful cleaning them. Bluetooth pairing was immediate and the connection has been rock solid for me. I can almost leave my phone across my property and still have a connection. They didn’t work nearly as nice on a tested android device so if you don’t run apple devices I’d look elsewhere. It would be nice to have a custom app and EQ system like my Parrot Zik’s, but the apple preconfigured EQ options got me where I wanted. I’m not using these as reference monitors and you shouldn’t be either so the audio coloring is welcome to me. All in all a great choice in Bluetooth earbuds and I would buy these again. Needs Better Connect Button Design
Connect button does not push in with finger, need finger nail to push it to connect. Have to take left ear out, find button. and firmly press in with finger nail and hold until the phone finds it. Pressing with finger tip does not work. Sound quality is acceptable, but not as good as I would expect from Dr. Dre. Using them for phone, no music. Had higher expectations
For the price i got them for they’re not bad but the sound quality isn’t so great. Definitely not worth retail price ($100+).They’re better when you change the earbuds to fit better. They aren’t loud enough for me personally. There’s hardly any bass unless you tweak your EQ in settings. The battery life is more like 5 hours than 8. After 2 weeks of having them, the left ear volume is lower than the right ear. I expected more because they’re beats, but I’d say they’re pretty average. Work great with with several apple devices.
Sound quality is as good as any Bluetooth headphones I've had and that’s a lot. Battery lasts all day and charges fast when needed. Best feature is the ability to switch from one Apple device to another in a few seconds with W1 chip inside. Great product, but ok sound
They are great. Connect to my iPhone easily, and would great with it. They are lightweight and easy to carry. They have good sound quality, but not the best. I feel like they are a little weak when it come to other Beats headphones, even the Powerbeats. They’re still pretty good though. Truck driver
I bought this for the Bluetooth. Yes it works great for music! I figured for the brand and the price it would be better for phone calls. Wrong! Don’t buy it if you’re planning to use it To make calls! I’m a truck driver so naturally I need a hands free device for calls this is Not the product you want!! Yes you can hear the calls amazingly I will give it that. The person on the other end however can’t hear you unless you’re basically shouting or holding the microphone to your mouth. Without that function working just a really expensive set of headphones. And it definitely does not have 8 hours of use on a full charge! I can start a phone call on 100% have an hour and a half conversation and the charge will be down to 35%. But it definitely does charge as fast as it says it does.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great functionality, wish it lasted longer...

"Pretty good" headphones
The Powerbeats 3 don't distinguish themselves from the pack nearly as much as I expected them to. The fit & light weight construction are excellent. The sound quality is very good, but definitely not great or particularly powerful. If you have the Powerbeats 2, it's probably not worth an upgrade. Very convenient for commuting
Very easy to store, lightweight, charges quickly and last for a many hours, has good device controls build into the headphones cable, and the Bluetooth connection options are very simple--my iPhone 6 picks up the devices in a matter of 1-2 seconds from touching the connectivity button on the headphones. Just OK
I bought a pare for my wife from Best Buy before Xmas. Paid $100. I thought they were ok so I bought a new pair on eBay for $75 for myself. Glad I didn’t pay $150 because they are not worth that. The sound quality just isn’t there. Wife thinks the sound quality sucks, but uses them because they are functional. They are ok if you don’t like loud music. If you do they are tinny. The Iphones have selections for the type of music you listen to. This gives you a better chance to dial in a usable level of music, but in my wife’s case it didn’t work so I suggested she turn down the music or send them back to Beats.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
