Great product
I wanted the Audioengine B1. However it was out of my budget. I found this and was skeptical but bit the bullet. Glad I did!! All cables ever required are included. RCA AUX to female RCA Optical cable USB Power The DAC used is the TI PCM5102A. - Using as independent DAC. When comparing this DAC to the audioengine DAC in the D1 and B1 (AKM4396), I didn't notice any glaring difference, none at all really from MY experience. No volume difference. I couldn't test till distortion since it got loud enough that it would disturb neighborhood. I would say get this and save half the price. I tested using the Bludento and Audioengine D1 independently and connected together (using optical) and noticed no difference. - Connection Pairing was quick and easy. Standard procedure. Connection distance was decent. I don't have a massive house but I used from opposite corners (through walls etc.) and stuttered once, then carried on. Another time I just moved across 2 rooms and if the signal had to pass through my body, it stuttered worse. For me it's fine, I'm not in a mansion. - Build Quality It's a very similar design to my Audioengine D1, but the silver has a slightly greener tint (in case you wanted a matching setup). Not a big deal. It's slightly lighter than the D1, and sounds more hollow when tapped. Unfortunately, I am unable to take apart the product. I could only guess and say it's due to the materials, heatsink or components used beating cheaper. The wires are on the cheaper side too, but rather get wires than have none. If one just looks at them, side by side, the difference isn't noticeable. I stand it right next to the D1 and it looks like a pair. Unfortunately the logo stands out. Saying all this, I am very happy with the build quality. - Delivery Arrived a week early from China to UK . Very good compact and dense packaging. I can definitely recommend this product. All tests done using KEF R100 speakers and Yamaha AS500 Amplifier. Used Spotify High Quality and Deezer HiFi.

Best little Aptx-Hd box. Brilliant HD HiFi.
Arrived in uk within 10 days. I already had 2 Aptx-Hd receivers. Both did not automatically reconnect to BT when phone turned off. A real deal killer. Ordered this BluDento as it automatically reconnects. I firstly ran it through an optical cable to an Arcam Airdac with the TI5102 DAC chip, to an Amptastic Mini 1 amp and Quad speakers. Sounded great. As the Arcam and this BluDento BLT-HD have the same TI5102 chip I decided to connect the BluDento directly to the Amp. Wow maybe 10% cleaner. At the moment this is the best Aptx-Hd receiver around. I would say it is just soundwise a minuscule iota behind true wifi connection such as UPnP and Airplay. But because Bluetooth Aptx-Hd is so much more controllable and smooth in operation compared to WiFi I would say this is the best sounding and operationally smooth way of playing from a mobile or DAP to HiFi systems. Great build quality and superb sound

Compact and very easy to use.
This Bluetooth receiver is very easy to use and sounds good. I mostly use it to stream my wife's Echo Dot to my hi-fi. It paired easily. I can't say much about its range as the Dot is only 3 metres away in the next room (although there is a wall in the way).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bring your hi-fi up to date
This is a great solution to enable your modern devices to connect to a treasured audio amplifier or hi-fi system. It is neat and connects seamlessly with either optical or RCA cables to an AUX or other twin channel input. The bluetooth range is amazing and the most important element, the sound, is fantastic. The only issue I had was finding a suitable power outlet. This was resolved by using an USB adapter plug (5v 2A) near the amplifier. I connected my desktop computer almost immediately and that has opened a huge catalogue of additional music via mp3, flac and dff. It has also resolved any need for trailing wires. Excellent, well worth paying that little extra
I use this to connect to Echo Dot and then to two sound bars in different rooms via fiber optic. Stays connect all the time and reconnects without a hitch if unplugged. If anything I can complain about is that its range is too good, if I take the Echo Dot into the garden (20mtrs) it stays connected and I have to unplug the power supply to connect to outside speaker. Not a great problem but maybe would help if it had an on/off button, but that said when I reconnect the power it connects instantly. I suppose the downside is that it is a little pricey, but I have used cheaper ones in the past with all kind of connection problems, its worth that little extra. an outstanding product, delivered incredibly quickly from China
Truly outstanding performance - pairs so quickly - remarkably long range even through a brick wall. The onboard DAC is quite good, although I normally use it in combination with a very high performance external DAC feeding into a a high quality HI Fi system. Really impressed with this BT DAC. I bought this to replace a QED uPlay Plus, and whilst it was just OK, this is in a differnt league and did not dissapoint. Took less than a few minutes to set up and pair, and a noticeable improvement in audio quality, having rich and rounded tones. It is a stylish unobtrusive design, and suits my Quad 34 and 405 set-up nicely.
