Excellent basic laptop from HP
I wanted a fast easy to use laptop that would handle web searches, online ordering and the ability to handle photos and video. This pc does these things well so that I am pleased with the performance and ease of use. The boot is very fast and the latest version of windows 10 much better than older versions. As an experienced computer user I found S mode too limiting and soon reverted to normal mode where I could use the packages I prefer. The keyboard has a good feel to it but the silver keys are often difficult to see so I would prefer a black and white panel. Battery life has been very good so far. Having used HP computers in various forms since the 70's, I know the quality and reliability to expect and hope that this new machine is up to the high standards that I have come to expect.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
