Reasonably effective at the price
The item was reasonably straightforward to set up, and not trimming was needed in my case. Using it is initially somewhat uncomfortable, but overtime you can get used to it. Buyer Beware, do not buy unless your mouth is smaller than an 8 yr old child. Company will not stand behind nor do they mention the size of the mouthguard.
