Fantastic value
Although this item was described as refurbished it is like new with not a mark on it. The sound quality is superb good bass and clear but not grating treble,very precise sound.I bought this to fill in while my Armstrong 626 is being recapped,i would say the Armstrong has a warmer sound compared to the precision of the the Cambridge. Very easy to set up and the remote is easy to use although it must be pointing direct at the front of the unit and will not tolerate much of an angle off centre. Used receiver? Are you fooling me?
I received the receiver in approx 24 hours after purchasing. Unpacking the receiver made me more and more curious who owned the receiver before it was sold to me. The receiver looks absolutely new, smells new and feels new. The sound is superb and so incredibly detailed, it’s like being there when the albums where recorded. Every instrument “feels” at the right place.
