Old stock?
It's not the product, I've been using Veet Oriental wax for years. This item was seemingly not intended for the UK market, as the packaging and instructions were in Russian (or similar). When the wax was heated, even though it got hot, the wax remained as thick as it was when cold and certainly not usable.

Don't buy it
Waste of money only pulls out tiny amount of hair I know wax dose not remove all hair but I expect more then 3 hairs on a strip I read and followed all instructions down to the letter not worth buying.
