More robust than OEM unit it replaced
The casing for the fan is quite sturdy, the paint (coating) is smooth and even. This sturdiness has one (minor) drawback.. It is more difficult to drill a hole for mounting than the fans made of galvanized metal. However I accept this as I believe STRONGER is better. It is well packed (from the factory), the manual included (available as a PDF) provided the dimensions and wiring diagram I needed to install. The motor and fan (blower) assembly are pre balanced from the factory. The unit runs quitely... The only noticeable noise is the airflow in the ductwork (once installed) No need to wire up a capacitor (or find one) the correct capacitor is included and pre-wired. The motor is mounted with 4 sound isolating brackets vice the usual 3. Correct air flow is easy to obtain, this unit has 4 speeds available.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
