New clamps
Have not used the clamps as yet but only tested them during the tests they seemed to be of a fair quality the main body is very rigid not too much flex, the ratchet type holding would seem to function properly did not skip under pressure on the whole very reasonable for the price. At this moment there seems to bo only two faults the plastic covers where they come into contact with the surface could very well fail but a bit of glue should cure that. The second fault is the handle could be it’s weakest point it would have been far better if the threaded shaft came into the body of the handle making it a lot firmer and more durable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value set of clamps
Although 'heavy duty' is pushing it a bit, this is a decent set of lightweight clamps at a reasonable price. There are much stronger and more expensive versions out there, but if your work pieces fit together well, you don't always need so much clamping pressure. Great for the money.
Great fir the money. Surprisingly sturdy. Good grip rubber twist handles. Then protective end caps try to fall off, and are difficult to glue in place as they have some silicone content, but can easily live with that for the cost. Good set of clamps for the cost.
Pretty good set of clamps. Smaller ones bend a bit under pressure, but will work well for most needs. Larger clamps, bar is thicker and much more pressure can be applied. Clamp covers a bit loose but judicious application of rubber solution addressed this. Overall, for 12 clamps, good buy so far. Not much to go wrong, so let's see how long they last.
