Great gluten free flour.
Bought this as an experiment to make gluten free bread for a friend. I used the recipe on the packet for the bread maker. It made a lovely tasty loaf but was better toasted the second day. Gluten free loaf
I am cutting out gluten for health reasons and make a half white and half brown loaf using this bread. It is so easy to make even though I am disabled, because there is no kneading of the dough. This bread is special and I could not make it without this flour.
