I have had Kingston SSDs before and found them reliable, fast and long lasting. Mostly they come ready formatted and you can ‘plug and play’. Not always though and your PC/laptop will not recognise it. In this case it needs ‘initialising’ and to ensure the correct file system is being used. Plenty of information on the internet about this procedure.
