This product is actually better and more reliable than the original charger for the Fitbit Sense. I have over the past three months bought two original chargers at £15.00 each and the same problem occurs which is one of the connectors break which prevents the charger from charging. I don't have that problem with this product. Don't hesitate just buy it for a 3rd of the cost of the original charger

I has thought this would be exactly the same sort of specification as the original, but when I have used it with my fitbit sense, the device comes up with a message that the device is charging slowly. This may not be a problem if charging overnight, but the original charger, which I still have, doesnt come up with the same message, and it charges in a couple of hours maximum. Having said that, it does charge the Fitbit and as long as I use it overnight, then its worth having. This is not exactly and expensive purchase, and it works as described.

This is the second one we have purchased, the small pins that conect to the watch during charging push in and dont come back out after a few months of use .May be just a poor design feature on all these charger types ..

Wanted these as spare chargers for Fitbit Versa 4. The charger fittings are bigger than the charger fitting l already had ( may be designed for a Versa 3 ?). All that said it didn’t job and very happy with both the service and the produce itself. I would recommend.
