I use these for listening to podcasts and sometimes music. The sound quality, and battery life is great for the price. Quite solid. I've tried working out with these on, they won't stay on particularly when rope skipping but, they do stay on comfortably when doing exercises in a sitting position or in a stationary position. In a nutshell, they're great value for money
