Rubbish, not even fit for a toy dog
Tiny, poorly constructed, not fit for purpose. An utter waste of time. So small only a toddler could hold it, it also looks like it will disintegrate at the first pull even by a tiny dog. Whoever designed this does not care for dogs or their welfare. Scammers.
