    Set out very clearly. Exercises are tough but the instructions are easy to follow. I’m vegan so couldn’t use the recipes - although some can be adapted relatively easily - but I followed the recommendations for portion sizes. Much better than having to faff about weighing things or counting calories. Lost 5lbs in the first week so we’ll see how the rest of the programme goes!
