Vegan cook book fit for 21st Century
I bought this book initially for my daughter on the back of Matt’s appearance on Sunday Brunch TV programme. In fact I’ve been that impressed by the book that I’ve now bought a second copy. Matt Pritchard has a lot of people who remember him fondly from his time in Dirty Sanchez a decade ago (or longer).. and his personality is stamped all over the book. He has constructed proper tasty vegan meals and I can only assume this book is selling by the bucket load. Veganism has taken off globally this past few years - books like this (along with the TV series that went with it) are positive contributions in the upsurge in Veganism. Would recommend this book to everyone. Well laid out recipes along with great pictures.. ***** Buy it.

Scary being Vegan?
As a virgin to Veganism I thought I had entered a mindfield...what can I eat, what shall I cook? Then I heard about Matt Pritchard from his YouTube episodes. I then researched him and found his book! A really good Vegan recipe book.
Despite receiving a lot of hype, this book is actually good. Contains a lot of really good recipes for Vegans and is worth a look. The only drawback are the timings given which I found to be way too short. Allow much more time for preparation in my view. Otherwise full of good ideas.
