Flaking painted letters
After submitting my first review paint from the compass dial lettering started flaking off. A day after the watch arrived. Cheaper than usual price now apparent. I spent more money for a "Forever watch" for my teenage son to signify his maturity. He was disappointed about the defect but loves the features of his watch. I think the reason for discounted price should be disclosed in description as not suitable as a gift.
