I thought this would be better quality than it is. It's cutting ability is good and what you would expect from a processional grade aluminium oxide paper. However I bought this 180 grit paper precisely for its supposed ability to be flexible. It's not any more flexible than any other paper and the ability to be bent and folded is very limited. As soon as you fold it or bend it past a certain radius the aluminium oxide layer starts to de-laminate and come away. What you need from a 'flexible' paper is the ability to be able to fold and bend without it coming apart, so you can get into groves and tight areas. For this purpose this product is useless. Even rubbing the paper over a sharp edge or corner turns the paper into a crumbly mess. I'm a carpenter and have used many types of sand paper and this product is very disappointing. I've given it 2 stars purely because it sands well on flat surfaces. Even if you're using it for that, don't expect to be able to get in close to any corners because the sanding surface breaks away on the fold so badly.Read full review
