Love using this for the winter months and early spring. I use it every other day, else on my skin it would end up making me look too yellow like. I have an olive skin tho, so different user may have different results. Make sure, if doing your face, to blend it down to the neck and décolletage area, else you may end up with a “cut off” look which will look pretty odd.

I think once or twice a week will be plenty for me in preparation for my holiday where I will use high sp cream as I burn easily. Fab, saw a difference within 30 mins. Goes on well, made my skin soft. Only down fall is that it does smell lovely, but after a while that typical fake tan smell does make an appearance. But only very faint and when I out my arm to my nose. I don't think it would be noticeable as I can't smell it "on me"
