These really are a fantastic way to get you on board with quitting. Ultimately, it's my MIND I have to conquer including force of habit. I've stopped beating myself up if I lapse; these are very stressful times for lots of reasons and beating myself up for lapsing doesn't help at all. Indeed, it makes it worse, I've found. I should say I had to order stage 2 , not stage one. It’s my fault but I’m writing because it may help. I smoke 9 cigarettes everyday but I thought stronger patch would be more effective. I was wrong . First day I was dizzy but it was bearable. Second day I vomited a lot , I felt hot with cold sweat. It was awful so I ordered stage 2 which is really good and suitable for me. So if you smoke less than 10, don’t try this one as the seller advised it.
