Poor product.
The idea of this is to press down on top of the ball and locks the ball into place when still upside down so the ball doesn't fall out. Picks up from out of reach grassy areas no problem but out off ponds the ball falls out of the cup forcing you to try and scoop it out resulting in chasing your ball along the bed.
