lookout for the 3D columns ans middle sections.!
Not many 8 year olds could assemble this little gem. The 3D columns and centre walls are the difficult bits, there are 4 centre walls, but two have small slots to attach the 3D balcony front piece, the column pieces are slightly thicker at the top and I advise punching out all holes with a cocktail stick, as you can come unstuck trying to just push them in. There is no easy way to assemble this model, but I wish I had a review like mine before starting, as it would have been much easier, if I had know the pitfalls I have pointed out. Dont leave a child to put this together under the age of 15 on their own, as it will be smashed or thrown out the window, it takes patients and a lateral mind, to see how it all fits together, given the limited instructions. Its a good looking model and the 3D features give it depth and a more realistic look, a cool model for the money I paid.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easier than I thought
I bought this for a school project for my son who is 8yrs. He did the first 3 stages easily but the next stage looked too complicated and he needed help. It was easier than I thought it would be to use, but one of the diagrams was overly complicated. Despite this the model was good fun to build, it looks strong and robust enough. I enjoyed the instant fun of it...no sticky glue...no waiting for the glue to dry....it fitted the job nicely the price wasn't too bad.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
