Compact and good price
I used the spring compressor to use while getting the struts removed from the vehicle. They are compact and it is easier to take them out when the spring is compressed. These ones can be used from inside the wheel well so this is how l could do it myself.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Use with caution
Did the job however on one of the attempts to use the tool one of the tensioners slipped off causing the other to also slip off when at a considerable tension. I was lucky that I did not get in the way of either the spring or tool in mid flight which ended up at opposite sides of the garage. Use with extreme caution. This could be avoided if the radius of the hook part of the tool was increased to ensure the tool could not slip off the spring when in use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
