Bought this as a replacement for one knocked of my van by a tree branch. Great little add on mirror essential in a van to prevent blind spots, nice that it's adjustable and a proper glass not plastic mirror. Only down side with these mirrors is the fixing screw on the rear is only painted not stainless so goes rusty very quickly. Replaced with my own so sorted now.

I have been buying these mirrors for years. Each generation is of poorer quality than the last. This time, I bought two more of them. With these ones, one of the retaining screw threads stripped extremely easily. The illustration shows the glass has a plastic surround and fits nicely into the shell. In fact, the glass had no surround and is too big for the shell so that the mirrors are not adjustable. I cut my hands on the glass trying to make them fit and broke both glasses in the attempt. in the end, I used parts of three mirrors to cobble together one, barely serviceable one. All other parts went into the bin.

To start with I only received one mirror NOT TWO, They are not self adhesive as you have to fiddle about trying to mount them on the existing car mirror using very small screws and backplate. I would not recommend these to anyone looking for blindspot mirrors.
