Comfortable relieves pain
This product I highly recommended it has helped my pain levels substantially. It is easy to put a pillowcase over when you spill things

Not for me
It is very firm, uncomfortable for me. The aperture is not large enough for me and I had to cut it out further in order to get it into the correct position. Even then I could only use it for 5 minutes or so at a time before it hurt the top of my legs. It is well made and I can't fault that, but I do think a choice of firmness would be useful.
