The massager is quite heavy, because of all the metal pieces, so the “handles” that you slip your hands through helps a lot to hold it in place. I have only used it across my neck and shoulder, as yet, not having had it for long, but the metal balls rotate gently, also moving up and across in a circular motion, and this feels quite soothing.The movement changes so that it really feels like the physio rotating his thumbs into the back of my neck.
