This kit is typical of Matchbox from this period. It mostly goes together well with minimal filler required but only after much re shaping of the wing roots. The detail is of fine raised lines and an improvement on traditional deep engraved detail that Matchbox is famed for. Cockpit detail is minimal and needs adding too if you want an accurate scale model. The wheels area BIG let down. This area is the weakest part of a reasonable kit.they're very poor and after market or other kit wheels need to be used if the finished model is to have any credibility. The nose section fine at 1st glance and you could get away with it but if you want true accuracy the nose section ,especially if you are building an NF 12, needs an aftermarket resin replacement. So overall the kit is basic but a nice subject , if you just want a nice looking model it fits the bill or if you want a basic platform to do some real modeling then it is good for that too.Read full review

Another review here suggests that the wheels are the biggest issue with this release. Perfect (irony) if you buy this kit for the fiddly injection molded bits for the Rareplanes NF13 vacform, like I did. The typical Matchbox trenches/valleys wont be a problem then at least even if theyre toned down as implied by that review. Always do a thorough research job ! Caveat Emptor.
